I’m Khyati, a Psychologist with over 23 years of clinical experience, and I am passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges, helping them heal, and guiding them towards a more fulfilling life. I specialise in working with clients facing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and a wide range of other emotional and psychological concerns. I am committed to my own personal and professional development and endeavour to stay at the cutting edge of contemporary psychology, so I can offer you the best possible support.

As an EMDR Consultant and Supervisor, I offer specialised expertise in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that has proven highly effective for trauma processing and emotional healing. I not only provide therapy to clients but also offer supervision and consultation to fellow professionals. This allows me to share my knowledge and support others in providing high-quality care to their clients.

With training in multiple therapeutic approaches, I tailor our work together to meet your unique needs, depending on the issues you bring and your goals for therapy. In some cases, exploring what you hope to achieve can be part of the early stages of the therapeutic process.

I believe that everyone has the inner strength to heal and grow, and my goal is to provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and challenges. I work with each client to create a personalised treatment plan that aligns with their unique needs and goals.
